Lens Width

Measure the horizontal width of ONE lens (not including the frame)

Enter Lens Width (mm): Usually between 40-70mm

💡 Tip: Look inside your frame arm - the lens width is often printed there (e.g., "52□18")

Bridge Width (Distance Between Lenses)

Measure the distance between the two lenses at the nose bridge

Enter Bridge Width (mm): Usually between 10-30mm

💡 Tip: Also often printed inside frame arm as the second number (e.g., "52□18")

Pupillary Distance (PD)

Measure the distance between the centers of your pupils

Enter Pupillary Distance (mm): Usually between 54-74mm

How to Measure PD at Home:

Stand 8 inches (20cm) from a mirror
Hold a ruler against your eyebrows
Close your right eye
Align the ruler's 0mm with the center of your left pupil
Without moving, close your left eye and open your right
Read the number aligned with your right pupil center
That's your PD!

Ask a friend to stand directly in front of you (arm's length)
Look straight ahead at a distant object
Friend holds a ruler horizontally across your nose bridge
Friend measures from the center of one pupil to the other
Repeat 2-3 times and take the average

Download a free PD measuring app (search "PD measure" in app store)
Follow the app's instructions (usually involves taking a selfie with a credit card for scale)
The app calculates your PD automatically
